Be open to a fullness of  life experience daily through prayer, mediation, journaling, dreamwork, mandala drawings. Explore your creative ideas and processes. Learn about the Myer's Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a preference profile, and the Enneagram, a personality profile. In studying and participating in dream classes and the weekly *Wednesday night dream group learn to understand dreamwork from a Jungian and Archetypal persepective. *see News for upcoming and on-going dream classes forming now.

Consider meeting for Spiritual Direction sessions weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to review and recognize God's presence and grace at work in your life. Deepen or develop your prayer life through lectio divina, Christian Mediation as understood by Fr.John Main, OSB and Fr. Lawrence Freeman, OSB, journaling and reading recomended spritual readings.

There may be some areas of concern or issues from the past that need further exploration, attention and understanding through the art of Counseling and Psychotherapy. Additonally, healing prayers are offered for those who are interested.
